The redesigned app is created to offer customers an improved shopping experience, focusing on ease of use and providing a seamless, intuitive interface. While specific details about the new features cannot be disclosed, they have been tailored to meet customers' holistic home needs and enhance convenience.

Research: Conducted direct and indirect competitor research and applied empathy mapping and persona building to understand user needs and emotions.

UX Optimization: Improved the user experience by restructuring the app and incorporating additional features.

Explorations: Iterated on designs based on feedback to refine features and provide a holistic experience.

Unified Brand Experience: Integrated the existing brand identity into UI and visual design for a consistent brand experience.
Wireframe
The design process began with the creation of sketches and wireframes to outline the app's layout and functionality. These initial concepts were refined into high-fidelity screens, showcasing detailed visual design and interactions. Prototypes were then developed to simulate the user flow, followed by a thorough handoff to the development team.

The app is currently under development, and due to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), further details cannot be shared at this stage.
